The famous Helmsdale hill race sorts out
the men from the boys
|
Creag Bun-ullidh is the hill known as the
Helmsdale Rock where the hill racers test their endurance.
This is an event of approx. 5 - 6 kilometres in distance and
is run from the village to the golf course and then on to
a rough hill track.
You do not need to register for this event as you can turn
up on Games Day and decide whether to take part in the Hill
Race or not. There is a fee for competing of £3.00.
